Environmental License and Environmental Management Plan.

The Environmental License for the project "Operation passenger ship EDEN" was issued by Resolution No. 0000073 on October 15, 2015, located in the Galapagos Marine Reserve - Galapagos Province.


Ex-post Study Environmental Impact and Environmental Management Plan "Operation EDEN Passenger Ship" project was carried out by the environmental consultant SCT - TECHNICAL CONSULTING SERVICES C. LTDA.

The movement between points of visit is chosen by the master of the vessel, depending on the technical and weather conditions of the time. Itinerary changes are only granted by the Galapagos National Park.

The EDEN yacht is currently operating sailing according to the itinerary, for which it has complied with the rules of the National Maritime Authority successfully obtaining the Certificate of Safety of passenger ships and later Permit Traffic, based on international conventions regulations ratified by the Administration of the Flag.

In order to fulfill the commitments made in the environmental license and as stipulated in Paragraph 2 thereof specifically states: "Implementing a continuous monitoring program and monitoring the measures outlined in the Environmental Management Plan approved the project, results must be submitted to the National Park Service semiannually. "

..in Based on compliance with national environmental regulations, the Yate EDEN each Semi-Annual complies with informing the  Compliance Environmental Management Plan for the project "OPERATION PASSENGER EDEN" according to the commitments made in the environmental license and environmental management Plan.
 

During the operation of the vessel, in the form of Navigable Tour in the Galapagos Marine Reserve they have been implemented the measures outlined in the Environmental Management Plan approved by the Galapagos National Park.

Monitoring and verification of compliance with the Environmental Management Plan is done according to the Strategic Planning which specifically comprises the steps of operation and maintenance.
